DeraOS remembers the rent date so you do not have to.
Set the rent, the due day and the grace period once. After that the reminders go out on their own, and you hear about a late payment instead of discovering it three weeks later.
What it does
- Rent due soon, due today, and overdue.
- Late fee applied, payment received, receipt ready.
- Agreement expiring and rent increase upcoming.
- Meter readings still to take this month.
What it does not do
- Reminders appear inside DeraOS today. Email, SMS and WhatsApp are not connected yet, and we will not pretend they are.
